We would like to invite you to our 2024 Southeast Eurofest season! We are entering our 2024 season of hosting events in locations ranging from North Carolina to Florida, it is our goal to help you reach potential customers. We do this through social media posts, emails, flyers, and further through attending the event.
We have been doing events since 1997 with the Vintage VW Enthusiasts and it is our pleasure to now provide more events geared towards the European Crowd.

All official sponsors will receive the following:
· Booth space
· Logo on all social media, shirts, and advertising
. Logo placement on shirts & website
. All vendors will be mentioned on social media and website, once you have pre-paid.
· Announcements at the events and on social media
We are also looking for vendors who would like to use their products as their sponsorship fees. We love to do raffles at our event and believe that your products will be great additions to our raffle items.
Below, you will find the current schedule for the 2024 events:
Jan 13 – Southeast Eurofest Florida – Classic Car Museum of St. Augustine. Held in Beautiful historic St. Augustine, this event has a laid back atmosphere with vendors, a few awards and time to enjoy each other’s rides and the classics in the Museum. MORE INFO HERE
Feb 25 – Southeast Eurofest Raleigh – Indoor event at the NC State Fairgrounds. Going on the third year, this event is held indoors and offers plenty of room for vendors and show cars. Held in conjunction with our Winter Volksfest, an all-Vintage VW event on Saturday Feb 24th. MORE INFO HERE
August 17 – Eurofest Maggie Valley – Held at the Festival grounds and surrounding area of Maggie Valley, NC. This event provides areas for meets as well as spirited drives through the surrounding areas. Many enjoy this event because of its relaxed nature. Featuring over 550 show cars, 40 vendors, lots of raffles & plenty of spectators. MORE INFO HERE
All European cars are welcome at all of these events, and we don’t have a selection process to be able to park on the show grounds. Everyone is a VIP!
We are currently offering four levels of sponsorship that you can choose from: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Please look below for pricing breakouts for each level of sponsorship. If you wish to just sponsor one event, that is perfectly fine! We would love to have you on board for all of them.

Vendor Pricing per event (If you don’t want to sponsor an event)
$50 for 10X20 space (No booth cars)

$100 for 10X40 space (two booth cars)
Vendors must bring your own tents, tables, and chairs as they will not be supplied. Event shirts are also available per sponsorship.
