Southeast Eurofest St. Augustine JANUARY 2025

Southeast Eurofest is coming up on its 5th year, what started out as an Indoor Event at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds, We now reside in the Beautiful St. Augustine at the Classic Car Museum.

We welcome all European Automobiles, plus a Swap Meet/Vendor area to sell or purchase items. Come enjoy your day and see some Beautiful VWs, maybe find some parts you need and check out some Classic Cars of all kinds in the Air-Conditioned Museum. Make a weekend out of it and enjoy the Beautiful and Historic town of St. Augustine.

This event is a laid-back event with a few awards. See all the info below for details. Come have some fun with other enthusiasts, that is what it is all about. Hope you can join us!

REGISTRATION INFO

Registration for Show cars, Vendors and Shirt online pre-orders have ended. Registration will be available day of show and event shirts while they last.

Pre-registration is recommended for show cars and vendors. We max out the facilty each time we have an event there, so this helps us know what will be coming. Please bare in mind that if you register and come later in the morning, you will most likely be park in the back with others. We park as you come in. If you plan to park with friends or a club, please arrive together.

Day of show Vendor/Swap Meet Entry will be from 7:30-8:30 ONLY! If you plan to be in that section, please arrive within that time frame. If you don’t have to bring a trailer, please do not, as we do not have much space.

Show Car Entry times – Starts at 8:30. Please DO NOT come out any earlier! We have several things to position before everyone arrives. If you have a car on a trailer, please find somewhere to park in local area to unload and drive back up to the facility. We will not have any room for trailer parking on the actual Facility grounds and our special area we have had is taken by DOT Vechiles at the moment.

Show car entry info – All European cars are welcome to register for the event. If you wish just to bring your car and hang out, no worries. You don’t have to enter your car in order to be part of the event.

Show Entry . Day of show $10 – Doesn’t include museum ticket. Online pre-registration has ended. All participants will receive an event decal, while they last. You do not have to register to be part of the show!

SPECIAL RAFFLES WILL BE GIVEN AWAY AT 2PM

Raffle tickets ($5 each) will be available at our registration table at the Museum Entrance. We will have buckets set up for all of our different items. You MUST be present to win! Drawing will be held at 2pm.
